Clamps for metal roofs
Clamps on metal roofs have to transmit the forces arising with the setups on the roof - such as photovoltaic or solar systems, fall arrest or snow guard - to the covering in a safe way. At the same time mounting should be easy and fast.
CF:x clamps combine both features. A grub screw with a rounded nose presses the metal of the seam into a depression on the opposite side of the clamp. The clamp will have a tight fit and high retention forces without penetrating the material. The grub screws have a metric drive and are preassembled for a quick and easy installation. Further attachments can be fixed easily and save in the top mount hole.
For profile types where this is not possible, clamping is carried out via clamping jaws specially adapted to the profile contour.

Clamps with one or two grub screws?
Use DS-Clamps, R-Clamps or M-Clamps with 2 grub screws if you need the clamps for applications with higher loads or torque load. They are equipped with a threaded hole M10 on top for an easy attachment of setups.
Mini-Clamps with one grub screw can be used for mounting systems in solar industry or other applications using a group of clamps for the installation. Installations can be fixed on top with the included M8 screw.
R-Clamps
R-clamps are designed for non-penetrative installations on round seam profiles such as Bemo, Kalzip, Aluform or Rib-Roof Evolution.
With two opposed screws, which are formed concave and convex at the pressure point, you achieve a tight fit and high retention forces without penetrating the material.
DS-Clamps
DS-Clamps are used for non-penetrative installations on double folded seam roofs.
A grub screw with a rounded nose presses the metal of the seam into a depression on the opposite side of the clamp. The clamp will have a tight fit and high retention forces without penetrating the material.
M-Clamps
M-Clamps are designed for non-penetrative installations on various single-fold and snap together profiles. With a large mouth of 14 mm it can be mounted directly on a wide variety of snap lock and single folded seams.

RD-Clamps
The RD 80 clamps were specially developed for profiles such as Zambelli Rib-Roof 465 and Domico GBS. They can be used on these and similar profile types.
With a length of 80 mm, this clamp sits securely on the seam and achieves high holding strength.
K15-Clamps
The K15 clamps fit profiles such as Domitec, Klip- Lok 406 and Saflok 410.
The threaded hole on the top or the clip on the side make attachments quick and easy.
K20-Clamps
K20 clamps are used on profiles such as Klip-Lok 980, WeatherClip 655 or WeatherClip 700 and similar profiles.
The high load-bearing capacity of these profiles and the high holding forces of the K20 clamp complement each other perfectly.
